Part of Plan: a very secure browser in Seed (0.2). Seed desktop ships Electron 39, which Electron no longer supports; the supported line is 42 to 44. Upgrade to current stable, add a dependency bot and a CI check that fails when the pinned major leaves the supported list, commit to at most 14 days behind an Electron security release, and add a kill switch: when the bundled Chromium is older than the policy allows, the web pane turns off, links open in the real browser, and the user is asked to update.
