Importing
The first step for importing is to gain a structural understanding of the content. In the case of PDFs and websites, you should focus on a conversion to markdown first, saved in memory. Then the HM doc can be created from memory.
Metadata must be extracted properly from your source and uploaded explicitly into the hypermedia document.
Original assets must be uploaded to IPFS and saved into the document metadata under the sourceAsset field.
Code Execution and Custom Tools
Agents have the ability to execute code and save re-usable tools
Save code snippets in the ~/memory and then you may call execute
