Where are the latest designs? Do I check Figma, or is there a seed document?

Maybe this design section of the site has the latest designs, but there is a lot of stuff in there and I don't know what is the latest/current design. For example, this Sidebar document seems very out of date.

I want to provide comments and feedback about the designs, and when we make projects or issues, I need a stable reference for the latest designs.
