This dialog box says "you have unsaved changes". But I think we have auto-saving, so I guess this text is wrong?

I think users might see "Save changes" and get that confused with the publish action. If we have auto saving, then what does "Save changes" do? If it does nothing, then I don't see the purpose of having this button.

But more to the point: I don't like this dialog at all. I think the user should be allowed to navigate without friction, and this dialog is just an interruption that is frustrating to me every time I see it.

I like the way we used to have it. We would auto save and not interrupt the user when they are trying to go back or follow a link.
