As a member I want to easily follow conversations, so that I can keep track of the argumentation around a document

Acceptance criteria

Selecting a discussion replies opens its thread.

The original comment appears at the top, including the author, timestamp, and linked content.

Replies appear beneath the original comment, visually nested and in chronological order.

Each reply shows the author, timestamp, and message, with any @mentions highlighted.

Users can enter a reply in the “Reply to this thread” field and submit it using the send button.

A submitted reply is added to that thread, not as a new top-level discussion comment.

The reply area indicates who will see the comment.

The back arrow returns to the discussion list; the close button dismisses the panel.
