Tiptap extension is a bundle. It can contain one plugin, several plugins, a new kind of block (like a heading or a link), a keyboard shortcut, or any mix of those. Tiptap is the framework the editor is built on (BlockNote uses Tiptap), and the extensions are how features are added to it.
