If the user where to make a new reply to that reply (Gabo makes a reply to Isabella's reply) then a new card will appear showing the the new comment with its parent. And if someone wants to open the thread by clicking on it they will be able to see the threaded discussion similar to how X does it. It will open the thread depending on where you want to reply.
